Terms and Conditions
Any work we do together is bound by a contract governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. If you buy products from me, digital or physical they are protected by copyright. You may not copy or distribute them to others in any form or on any media without explicit written permission on paper.
Any copy or materials I produce for you remain my property until you have paid my fees in full. At that point, you own them, but you grant me an unlimited and irrevocable license to use them for my own promotional purposes.
The testimonials and earnings examples you may see on this website reflect results experienced by business owners who have devoted their time and effort to follow the guidance and training provided by Jon McCulloch and McCulloch Success Systems Limited.
The testimonials often describe exceptional results of my best and most determined customers and clients, which the average business owner and user may not experience.
These testimonials provide information about business owners’ experiences when they provided them. You should not infer from these testimonials that I am guaranteeing your success or similar results. If I do make specific guarantees then of course I’ll always honour those.
Your chances for success are the result of many factors, including your motivation and effort to learn and implement the materials and information I share, your skill set, your follow through with what you learn, and changing circumstances in the business world.
Moreover, as with all businesses there are known and unknown risks that may present additional hurdles to your success.
Refunds
Unless I say otherwise in the sales letter you responded to, then everything I sell is unconditionally guaranteed for 1 year. Just contact me through the blog with your name and payment details and I’ll arrange a refund as quickly as possible.
Occasionally I might offer a longer or shorter and more or less generous guarantee. This will always be clear at the point you buy the product.
If you buy a physical product from me and it’s in any way faulty, damaged or not as described, just email me and I’ll arrange a refund or a replacement.
And regardless of the above, if you’re unhappy about anything, please get in touch and we’ll sort something out. Remember: my biggest asset is my relationship with you and my other clients. I am not in the business of ripping you off for a few hundred Euro, believe me.
Privacy
Like most web sites, this website, Marketing Essentials.ie, collects information about the people who visit it. This page is intended to help you understand what’s recorded when you’re here.
Your Name
If you leave a comment on any part of this site, and use your real name, then I and others who read your comment will know it. Similarly, if you use any of the Social Media features, like Twitter, Facebook and Google+ to comment, then your activity on this website might become known to others in your social circles.
If you don’t like that idea, don’t comment.
Your Email Address
If you comment, and provide your real email address, then I will have a record of that. I won’t share it with anyone else under any circumstances. I might use it if there’s some need to email you in a follow-up on your comment. The only time I will share your information without your consent is if I am forced to do so by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, where I live and where this website is hosted.
If you join my email list for the free reports, audio recordings and other information and tips, then the same privacy rules apply.
Your IP Address
Virtually all web sites record the IP address of people who visit them.
Potentially, this could allow you to be identified, particularly in cases where some companies or universities may link an IP address to someone’s real name.
In most cases, this isn’t something for you to worry about.
I rarely bother trying to use IP addresses to figure out where people have come from – the exceptions are where I’ve had unpleasant or threatening emails and comments. Really, I’m not in the least bit interested in finding out who you are.
Other Personally Identifiable Information
Personal identifiable information is information that allows you to be identified as a particular person, such as your name, your address or phone number.
As I’ve already made clear, I may know your name and email address if you provide this if you leave a comment or join my email lists.
There’s nothing else I can think of that I record unless you for some reason deliberately choose to provide it when sending a message to me using the website’s contact form.
If you purchase one of my products then I sometimes might get more information about you. I don’t store this locally and all the online information resides on Paypal’s, my credit-card processor’s, and e-junkie’s own secure servers and is covered by their own privacy policies.
If you’ve bought a physical product from me, I’ll have a copy of your address. This is kept on a secure computer behind a firewall, with a backup copy stored on Dropbox’s secure and encrypted servers. Our office is protected by an approved intrusion alarm system installed by an approved installer and is under 24-hour monitoring by an approved security firm.
Cookies & Tracking Codes
Visits to this website inevitably cause a number of cookies to be placed on your browser. This allows the site to know if you’ve come before and also allow me to make the site behave in different ways for new visitors.
These cookies are just simple strings of text and don’t reveal who exactly you are.
If you don’t like cookies, you can disable them when visiting the site. It works just fine without them.
The website also runs tracking code, including that from Google Analytics and GetClicky, that tells me what pages were viewed, how people found those pages and a whole lot of other related data. The tracking code does not reveal who exactly you are, but it does allow other sites you visit after mine to know you’ve been here and might show you content based on that knowledge.
If you don’t like tracking codes, you can disable them by disabling Javascript in your browser.
Most of the site should work OK without Javascript enabled, but I make no promises.
